Food Runner

Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to tables accurately and promptly
• Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables
• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Ensure food items are properly garnished and presented before delivery
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (trays, dishes, etc.)
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not always required)
• Previous experience in the food service industry is an advantage
