Food Safety & Quality Assurance Supervisor

Libstar is looking for a Technical Supervisor for Amaro Foods located in Cape Town. This role requires co-ordination of hygiene operators and compliance with food safety standards. The successful candidate will manage quality systems, conduct audits, and ensure cleanliness across the site. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Food Science or Microbiology, 3-5 years of experience in food manufacturing, and strong leadership skills.
