Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers in selecting the right activewear, footwear, and fitness accessories based on their needs. Achieve individual and store sales targets by driving conversions, cross-selling, and upselling products. Maintain high visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and aligned with brand guidelines. Manage billing, cash handling, POS transactions, and support inventory management, including stock replenishment and cycle counts. Build strong customer relationships by promoting memberships, loyalty programs, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Follow all store SOPs, operational processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements while supporting daily store operations. Collaborate with the Store Manager and team to achieve business goals, participate in training programs, and contribute to a positive, high-performance work environment.
