The Role The Foreman at CVM Electric is the on-site leader responsible for keeping field operations running at peak performance. This is a working lead position, you'll be in the field every day alongside your crew while taking full ownership of the job from the ground up. You'll direct sub-foremen, electricians, and apprentices, manage the job site day-to-day, and serve as the direct link between the crew and the Project Manager.
