Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the daily operations of the workshop. Allocate work to technicians and monitor productivity and efficiency. Provide technical support and guidance to workshop staff. Diagnose complex mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults on forklifts and material handling equipment. Perform quality inspections on completed repairs and maintenance. Ensure all servicing and repairs are carried out according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices. Monitor work in progress and ensure jobs are completed within agreed turnaround times. Ensure accurate completion of job cards, inspection reports and service documentation. Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure timely availability of required components. Maintain high workshop housekeeping standards.
