Founder'S Office Associate

Albatross Energetics builds energy-efficient air-conditioning and dehumidification systems powered by our own liquid-desiccant technology, out of IIT Bombay. We're looking for a sharp generalist to be the founder's force-multiplier across go-to-market and operations. Location: Mumbai What you'll do: Go-to-market: lead generation, building the prospect list, scheduling meetings with potential clients Marketing logistics: LinkedIn and content posting, exhibition and trade-show presence end to end Systems-building: work directly with the founder to put the right finance and people systems in place Jump into whatever the week needs: research, vendor coordination, investor and partner prep, loose ends ✅ What we're looking for: 0 to 3 years;
a fast generalist energised by range and ownership, not someone who wants a narrow lane You'll move between sales outreach, an event stall and a finance dashboard in the same day, and like it that way Excellent written and verbal communication;
