Overview
The Fourth Year Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Clinical Education and Clinical Dean. The coordinator will be responsible for collecting and processing the clinical rotations forms, maintaining rotation schedules, and the data necessary to maintain the fourth-year clinical rotation student files.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as a liaison between the student and the Department of Clinical Education
+ Serve as the initial/primary point of contact for the student(s)
+ Communicate with students and clinical sites regarding student schedules and student performance evaluations
+ Communicate with individual preceptors to coordinate rotation opportunities
+ Regularly follow-up with students regarding missing student performance evaluations
+ Respond to a high volume of emails in a timely manner
+ Assure that all matters reported by students and/or the clinical rotation s...
