FP&A Manager (F&B/FMCG)

Position Summary

The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support business growth and profitability. The role partners closely with Operations and key business units to provide financial insights, improve decision-making, and strengthen overall business performance within the F&B and FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare and analyze management reports, financial results, and business trends
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decisions
• Monitor profitability, operational costs, and overall business performance
• Support store expansion, investment evaluations, and growth initiatives
