Skills And Qualifications
- Fraud profile
- 4-year college graduate, any course
- With at least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- QA experience is not required project will upskill internally
- With at least 1 year of supervisory experience
- Amenable to work full onsite at Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
- Open for applicants currently in the Philippines with the right to live and work in the country
Responsibilities
- Receive inbound calls to provide customer service support to policy holders, agents, 3rd party callers, and new customers
