Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declaration and invoices.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations and custom requirements.
- Process customs inward permit including preparation of import documentation.
- Track shipments and provide accurate updates on the status of deliveries.
- Serve as point of contact for internal teams regarding logistic and shipping issues.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers/forwarders and customers to ensure timeliness of shipping arrangements/schedules and all necessary documents required.
- Prepare & compile shipping documents.
- Ensure smooth import/export documentation and shipment arrangements.
