BiBro is a fast-growing Mediterranean and Persian fast-food concept serving fresh, halal kabobs made daily. We’re looking for friendly, energetic team members to join our front counter and create a great customer experience.
Position Overview:
As a Front Counter Team Member, you are the face of BiBro. You’ll take orders, interact with customers, and ensure every guest has a fast, smooth, and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders accurately
Explain menu items and make recommendations
Handle cash, card, and POS transactions
Keep the front area clean, organized, and stocked
Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely orders
Deliver excellent customer service at all times
