Insight Global is seeking a skilled Front-End Developer to join the Global Information Security team at a Fortune 50 financial institution. This is a fully on-site role requiring presence five days a week in Denver, CO or Charlotte, NC. This role will support an Agile Scrum/Kanban team, working with early stage, loosely defined user stories. The client is looking for someone who can take high level or weak requirements, collaborate closely with stakeholders, and help shape, refine, and validate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner closely with stakeholders to clarify and flush out user stories
• Take ambiguous requirements and propose thoughtful options and solutions
• Communicate openly and collaboratively, including being comfortable sharing ideas, iterating, and course correcting
• Actively participate in daily stand ups, identifying and working through roadblocks
• Help drive the team toward UAT by the end of each month
