POSITION SUMMARY

The resource will be part of the Front Office department and will perform the following tasks:

  • Welcoming customers
  • Assigning rooms
  • Providing information or assistance to customers
  • Managing reservations
  • Receiving and handling customer complaints
  • Analyzing and identifying customer needs
  • Receiving and sorting phone calls
  • Filling out forms and documents
  • Contacting the various departments of the facility to meet customer needs
  • Managing payments and customer data in line with company policies
  • Managing guest complaints and needs
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    Education: High school diploma or . equivalent.

    Related Work Experience: Related work experience.

    Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

    License or Certification: None

    A fluent Knowledge of both Italian and English languages is required
