What youll do

This role combines customer service, inventory management, regulatory compliance, merchandising, and operational responsibilities to ensure a safe, organized, and professional retail environment.

• Understanding and following Westview Co-ops Health and Safety Program
• Providing professional, people-first service to our Members and Guests while living our Brand expectations through our Youre at Home Here motto
• Operating our point-of-sale terminals
• General merchandising of product
• Accurate ordering, handling, loading/unloading, and delivery of product
• Working with CASMS (Computer Assisted Shelf Management)
• Support the day-to-day operations of the Sporting Goods department while contributing as a Home Centre Team Member across all areas of the store
