.A CRU **Customer Contact Ctr – Fulfillment Analyst I** ensures fulfillment of all police records orders from different customer platforms, researches various Law Enforcement Agencies’ websites for accident and/or incident reports, and performs data acquisition and validation following strict business rules. **Qualifications:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and workflow management skills Experience in performing outbound calls with excellent probing techniques preferred but not required Excellent multitasking skills * Proficient in keyboard and MS Tools, specifically Excel, Word etc.* Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives* Willing to work on shifting schedules including weekends and PH holidays* Energetic, enthusiastic, motivated and driven individuals**We know your well-being and happiness are key to a long and successful career.
