About The Team:

Partner closely with SComm Ops to proactively identify gaps and improvement opportunities across end-to-end operational processes, and drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and execution. Act as a bridge with regional teams by translating ideas into practical, locally workable actions, while also initiating proposals based on on-the-ground insights.

Job Description:

• Lead strategic projects end-to-end, from problem definition and impact assessment to implementation
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative analyses to evaluate business performance
• Benchmark competitors and industry best practices to identify improvement opportunities
• Prepare strategic insights and recommendations for senior management
