Job Description

• Responsible to handle replenishment of regular items coming to the DC for local / imported vendors.
• Responsible to auto create purchase order using Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) / Import PO System (IPS).
• Responsible to ensure the following:
• No out of stocks for regular items in the DC and in the stores.
• Right quantity of items is delivered by vendor.
• Ordered items are delivered on-time in the DC.
• Discontinued items are not re-ordered.
• In-charge of maintaining the right quantity and inventory of stocks in the DC and ensuring sufficient inventory for store inventory requirement.
• Ensures that all items for ordering are endorsed with Allocation department to manage auto replenishment of items in the stores.
• Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time-to-time by the immediate superior.
