Job Description
Spotify for Authors (SFA) is the creator platform for the audiobook industry — a web application that gives publishers, authors, and narrators tools to manage their catalog, track performance, and distribute content on Spotify. We're scaling toward 100,000 users across a React/TypeScript frontend, Java backend services, and data pipelines that feed into Spotify's broader audiobook ecosystem.
SFA connects to Spotify's highest-priority bets: expanding audiobook access, building content creation tools, and shaping discovery surfaces. We operate with a short toes philosophy — contribution has no borders, quality is shared, and we use modern tools (including AI) to reduce toil and amplify creativity.
