Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and internal platforms
- Build and enhance CRM/CMS functionalities for citizen feedback management systems
- Develop responsive frontend applications using React and TypeScript
- Develop backend services and APIs using Node.js
- Design and maintain MySQL databases, including schema optimisation and query performance tuning
- Integrate systems and services across multiple government platforms and channels
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment
- Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities
- Troubleshoot application issues, debug defects, and ensure system reliability and performance
- Maintain clean, scalable, and reusable code following engineering best practices
