Job Description
Guide the executive team and manage all legal strategy and operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal counsel on all corporate matters, with a special focus on compliance in AI and crypto domains
- Keep informed of relevant regulatory frameworks, developments, and risks affecting our industry
- Ensure legal compliance throughout product development
- Negotiate deals and contracts
- Manage and coordinate with outside counsel
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Member of a US state bar
- 8+ years of legal experience in crypto/blockchain and technology sectors
- Deep knowledge and interest in the AI industry
- Entrepreneurial experience or interest
- Adaptability in a rapidly evolving legal environment
- Ability to accurately assess risk
