Position Overview
Functional Consultant – Responsible for delivering sophisticated investment modelling solutions for the real estate industry. The role involves partnering closely with clients to configure and implement software supporting financial forecasting, valuations, and portfolio optimisation, and acting as a trusted advisor to translate complex investment strategies into scalable solutions that drive measurable business value.
Hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week; the position is based in the Cape Town office.
