Role Description The Fundraiser will work on-site in the Pune Division in a full-time capacity. This role involves planning and executing fundraising campaigns, identifying and approaching potential donors, and maintaining strong relationships with existing donors and partners. The Fundraiser will research funding opportunities, prepare persuasive proposals and presentations, and track progress toward fundraising targets. Daily responsibilities include coordinating events or outreach activities, collaborating with internal teams for marketing and communications support, and maintaining accurate records of donor interactions and contributions. The Fundraiser will also provide regular reports on fundraising performance and suggest improvements to strategies based on data and feedback.
