Key Responsibilities Analyze the project with internal customers and end‑users to define proposals, budgets, and manage the E&A scope from A to Z, supporting the general project manager. Projects include capacity investments, revamps, and energy projects. Accountability for complete E&A scope execution including team leadership, control panel engineering, SCADA design, PLC and HMI programming, and site start‑up support of integrated systems.
