Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation:Ensuring correct and daily execution of key responsibilities in the GBS Center according to the requirements of GBS policies, procedures and guidelines, and according to the Group Accounting Manual for specific area of responsibility (Accounts receivable/Retail/eCom)Self-directed worker for a specific service areaSupports organizational effectiveness through the identification and communication of process improvement opportunitiesKey Responsibilities:Perform accounting tasks in AR Wholesale/Retail/eCom for simple marketsPerform tasks in AR scope, e.g. cash application, master data creation and maintenance, daily billing checkPerform sales vs. collection reconciliation for simple customers, landlords and online storesPerform reports preparation, e.g. aging reportPerform recurring journal at closingSupport simple audit tasks standard processesCreate and maintain desktop procedures (SME only)Handling of simple internal and ...
