GenAI Frontline Engineer: Deploy & Orchestrate AI Solutions

Roland Berger AI Lab in Lisbon is seeking a GenAI engineer to lead end-to-end experiments, ideation workshops, and PoVs that can graduate to production. You will translate business needs into AI-powered pilots and ensure secure, scalable deployments.

You will code in Python, build agentic workflows, fine-tune models, and evaluate results. Collaborating with Backend, DevOps and Architects, you will integrate data/tools via secure APIs and deliver across Azure, AWS, GCP and on‑prem environments.
