Job Description
The General Assembly Facilitator is responsible for leading data-driven operational improvements and managing cross-functional projects within the assigned area of responsibility. This position oversees project execution with a focus on micro-stoppage reduction, quality performance, and adherence to station standards and work instructions. The role supports the development and capability building of Team Leaders, Supervisors, Production Process System (PPS), and support groups through training, coaching, and structured problem-solving. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Lead data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting within the assigned area of responsibility
