Summary This position serves as a Resident Agent in Jacksonville, FL, reporting to Regional Office 12 Tampa, in Tampa, Florida, of the National Labor Relations Board. The purpose of this position is to carry out a variety of assignments including the analysis and recommendation as to proper course of action in the most difficult and complex cases filed in the regional office under the provisions of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended.
