Summary This position serves as a Resident Agent in Jacksonville, FL, reporting to Regional Office 12 Tampa, in Tampa, Florida, of the National Labor Relations Board. The purpose of this position is to carry out a variety of assignments including the analysis and recommendation as to proper course of action in the most difficult and complex cases filed in the regional office under the provisions of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended. Responsibilities As a General Attorney (Labor) (Resident Agent), GS-0905-14, your typical work assignments may include: Assignments requiring expedited preparation, intensive legal research, preparing detailed factual and legal reports and analyses involving factual and legal questions, conflicting legal precedents, controversial areas of labor relations, or other factors rendering resolution of difficult or sensitive cases.
