Job Description Perform janitorial/custodial services as assigned based on the schedule provided by the COR. Empty trash cans, sweep and mop floors, dust furniture and equipment, clean windows. Inspect and clean or replace HVAC filters. Ensure that the fire alarm system is maintained and operable at all times except while being tested or repaired. Complete all planned maintenance on identified storage bunker doors at EL Toro range facility annually. Operate a mower and string trimmer for ground maintenance. Inspect and clean all roof gutters, drains, and downspouts.
