As General Manager, you will lead NH Collection Sydney with vision and commercial acumen, driving strong financial performance, operational excellence and exceptional guest experiences. You will build and inspire a high‑performing leadership team, foster trusted stakeholder relationships, and position the hotel as a premier luxury destination in the Sydney market.
Lead the pre‑opening and brand launch of NH Collection in Australia, including recruitment, systems, service culture, brand activation and go to market readiness.
Set and deliver a new standard of upscale hospitality experiences through the NH Collection brands launch in Australia.
Lead strategic plans to maximise profitability and deliver EBITDA targets.
