We're looking for a General Manager for the Wheatsheaf Inn
in Northleach - a truly stunning pub in the heart of the Cotswolds and a
flagship business within Young's. The pub has a fantastic
reputation for its fantastic food offer, which is all about using fantastic
local seasonal produce to delight our guests. It has its own large
private dining room, perfect for parties and events, or hosting a supper club
or two. The back garden is a generously sized little slice of heaven, and
part of it becomes a garden room in the winter thanks to 4 glass walls and a
retractable roof. Alongside all of this, it has 14 stunning bedrooms for
overnight guests.
We're looking for a General Manager that has
experience working in premium settings with fresh food experience. They
