General Manager Engineering

• Spearhead business expansion and elevate brand presence, focusing on volume growth and profitability enhancement through strategic services model and pricing management.
• Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability for the Manpower brand, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
• Innovate and deploy systems and process enhancements aimed at operational excellence, evidenced by productivity gains and business scale‑up.
