The General Manager (GM), Global Technology & Operations (GTO) Canada oversees our Canadian Wealth, Retail Wealth and Capital Markets business activities, including customer implementations, new engagements, in-market product and marketing activities, and business operations. The GM provides strategic direction, leadership and guidance across all functions from strategy, product, sales, marketing, client services, operations, development, HR and finance. The GM is a growth-oriented leader, ensuring that sales and revenue growth and profitability (i.e. EBIT) targets are achieved and building a scalable business to serve our clients and Canadian market.
