Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Project Management qualification advantageous.
- Minimum 8–10 years' senior management experience within the aluminium manufacturing, glazing, façade, or architectural aluminium industry.
- Proven experience managing a manufacturing or production facility.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium fabrication, manufacturing, installation, and production processes.
- Sound understanding of Building Industry Bargaining Council (BIBC) requirements and labour practices within the Western Cape.
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation and disciplinary procedures.
- Experience managing production, warehouse, logistics, procurement, installation, and maintenance teams.
