**Role Overview**

Sodexo is seeking a **General Manager** for its operations at **Bethany Home** in Ripon, CA. The General Manager will report directly to the District Manager and will oversee all food service operations. Bethany is a remark­able, Chris­t­ian, faith-based senior liv­ing com­mu­ni­ty, where every­one wel­comes one anoth­er. Bethany offers four unique inde­pen­dent liv­ing neigh­bor­hoods from cozy one-bed­room apart­ments to spa­cious two-bed­room cot­tage homes.

**What You'll Do**

**The successful candidate will:**

+ have oversight of day-to-day dining and culinary operations;
+ control and ensure company and client financial targets and goals are achieved;
+ ensure that the highest possible standards of food handling and preparation are achieved;
+ provide technical training and expertise, coaching and leadership to the production team while working side by side in the operation as needed.
