Genève Luxury Spa & Boutique Shop Manager

L.RAPHAEL is looking for a Shop Manager for their flagship retail boutique and spa in Geneva. This role will lead daily operations, managing a small team to drive exceptional sales of luxury cosmetics and deliver personalized spa experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury cosmetics, and will demonstrate strong leadership and sales skills, fostering a culture of excellence and client-centric service.
