Global Collections Analytics & Strategy Lead

PayJoy is seeking a Collections Analytics & Strategy Manager to define the global collections strategy, design and run A/B tests, and measure impact with a data-driven approach. This role creates the analytics function, partnering with risk and data science teams to drive scalable improvements across LatAm, ZA, and PH.

Lead KPIs, portfolio health, and agency ROI benchmarking while ensuring decisions are grounded in evidence. Strong SQL, Python, and Hex skills required.
