Objective

Responsible for ensuring that resources are managed effectively and align with strategic goals. Oversee the implementation and compliance of IT governance frameworks, managing IT budgets, and optimizing financial resources to support organization's initiatives. Implement, audit and enhance IT governance policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational objectives at global and BU level; including industry best practices & benchmark. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain an efficient IT governance structure.
