Global Manufacturing Strategy Leader

Madrigal is a Swiss biopharmaceutical company seeking a senior leader to own global manufacturing strategy, capacity outlook, and performance across external CMOs. You will establish governance routines, align to demand, inventory, and launch timelines, and partner with Quality to sustain inspection readiness.

You will champion continuous improvement, lead cross‑functional risk and decision packs, and coordinate tech transfers with CMC/MSAT to ensure on‑time supply and cost‑effective operations.
