Global Philanthropy & Major Gifts Director

LHH in Lausanne seeks a Director of Philanthropy to build a high-impact development function and expand private funding. You will position the organization as a compelling cause for investment among alumni, foundations, corporates, and high-net-worth individuals.

In this leadership role you will define strategy, manage major donors, engage communities and alumni, and report progress to senior leadership while leading a small team and collaborating across the organization.
