Job Description

Role Overview

Currie & Brown are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Analyst with strong hands‑on experience across Microsoft technologies and enterprise infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our IT systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across all core services, providing 3rd line support whilst also dealing with escalated support desk tickets from 2nd line support. This role will be based in Malaysia but will also support the wider Global Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Administering and optimizing the following:

  • Microsoft Active Directory (Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, OU structure, RBAC)
  • Entra ID (Azure AD) including conditional access, MFA, SSPR, identity lifecycle, and hybrid identity (Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect), InTune, Autopilot.
