Global WFM Strategy Lead & Client Partnerships

This role requires 10+ years of Workforce Management experience and strong analytical, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills. Candidates must have multi-site call center experience, expertise in scheduling software, and a Bachelor’s Degree. The position involves regular client interactions, travel, and ensures consistent WFM delivery across all sites.
