Key Responsibilities
GoHighLevel Automation & Workflow Management
Set up, manage, and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, triggers, automations, and sequences .
Maintain documentation of all GHL automations, logic structures, and campaign flows.
Build and manage forms, surveys, landing pages, scheduling workflows , and automated communication journeys.
Ensure all GHL systems run smoothly, with consistent tagging, routing, and user flows.
Launch Operations & System Coordination
Update ClickUp with status changes, blockers, decisions, and workflow updates related to GHL processes.
Maintain product and operational documentation (automation logic, journey maps, checklists) inside ClickUp.
