Job Description
岗位职责： 1、 全面负责供应商开发绩效评价，推进供应商管理制度优化完善，与开发采购共同推进供应商资源的优化配置； 2、 梳理和实施SQE工作流程，落实配件开发的过程管理与监控实施，以保证开发业绩达成； 3、 负责配件SQM组织结构规划和完善，强化配件SQE队伍能力建设；负责SQE团队的培训规划与落实，以及SQE工作流程梳理和实施。 岗位要求： 1、 大专或以上学历，供应商管理或质量管理相关专业； 2、 5年以上汽车行业供应商管理或质量相关专业工作经验； 3、 掌握一定的团队管理技能； 4、 掌握IATF16949质量体系以及熟练运用5大手册知识进行供应商全过程管理； 5、 熟悉汽车配件品质要求及客户需求； 6、 较强的内外部沟通能力； 7、中文英语口语流利，可作为工作语言优先考虑。
