Job Description

Governance Unit Coordinator

The Wiikwemkoong Governance Unit Coordinator provides coordination, administrative, and analytical support to the Governance Unit. The position supports governance planning, law and policy development, committee operations, reporting, and intergovernmental relations, while maintaining awareness of local, First Nation, provincial, and federal governance matters, following the principals and ethics of Wiikwemkoong’s Gchi Naaknigewin, Wiikwemkoong’s Children’s Bill of Rights and Wiikwemkoong Community Standards. The Governance Unit Coordinator will report to the Governance Unit Manager and to the Director of Administrative Services.
