Overview

Graduate Business Analyst: Customer Support (CS) delivers services for all PPS customers across EMEA through a network of outsourced partners. We are looking for a Graduate Business Analyst to join the Delivery Cost & Operations team within the Service Delivery Support and Business Management organization. This is a full-time position designed as a versatile analyst profile, supporting the team across multiple priorities including automation (including AI), operational performance, and financial analysis. You will be part of an international team, working in a dynamic environment and contributing directly to improving efficiency, cost management, and decision-making across EMEA markets.
