WSP in the Middle East is looking for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join our Transport & Infrastructure Business Unit, supporting infrastructure and design projects across the UAE. This role is designed specifically for Emirati graduates , offering structured development, mentorship, and hands‑on project exposure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing technical designs, reports, and presentations.
• Support the design and delivery of infrastructure and transport projects, including roads and highways.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary engineering teams across various stages of project life cycles.
• Support project documentation and ensure quality and compliance with UAE codes and standards.
• Learn and apply digital engineering tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.).
