Purpose and Objectives


The purpose of this consultancy is twofold:

  • Grant Writing & Proposal Development: Develop and submit high-quality funding proposals to expand HFHK’s resource base. The consultant will be required to draft at least three grant proposals by June , with the possibility of additional assignments as needed.
