About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team in a dynamic commercial real estate environment.In this role, you will support the creation of high-quality, brand‐compliant visual materials that enhance property listings, marketing campaigns, and business development initiatives for U.S. markets.You'll be part of a fast‐paced, international team, working across both print and digital formats with a strong focus on template‐based design and layout customization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, email templates, and social media graphicsManage and process design requests through a workflow/ticketing systemCreate and customize floor plans, site plans, logo maps, and infographicsPerform photo retouching and optimize images for different platformsEnsure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standardsCollaborate with cross‐functional teams to execute ...
