Manager, Ground School (ATPL)
Role Purpose
The Ground Instructor (GI) is responsible for delivering high‑quality ground training to students enrolled in the ATPL program. The role encompasses instruction in aviation‑related theoretical subjects such as aerodynamics, meteorology, air navigation, flight planning, aviation law, and aircraft systems. The GI ensures that instructional materials are current, meet regulatory standards, and support the learning objectives of the curriculum. The instructor fosters a positive learning environment, guides students toward academic excellence in preparation for ATPL exams, and evaluates and provides feedback on student performance to support their success.
