Ground Mission System Software Architect

Job Description: An opportunity for a Ground Mission System Software Architect has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Electronic Warfare and Ground Mission Systems team. Our department is responsible for the entire Mission Management cycle (preparation, planning, and debriefing) for Combat & Transport aircraft. As an Architect, you will be the technical reference in the design and evolution of our software assets. You will lead the definition of complex systems and ensure that our technical solutions support the aircraft operations from the earliest design phases to in-service support, driving innovation and technological excellence.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Software Architecture for Ground Mission System projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with the product portfolio.
